I love hearing from my Superstars a few months after they have finished my programs, especially when they have maintained ongoing results like Penny!
Penny completed my #nolimits program in May this year and as you can see above it looking ripped and amazing 6 months down the track.
My programs are 8 weeks long but I see that as just the start, they are designed to teach you principles that will help you maintain the body you want for the rest of your life…. so I had a very big smile on my face when Penny’s recent email popped into my inbox;
“Since finishing your Kim Beach 8 week challenge I have continued to improve. I want people to understand that I still splurge on my favourite treats but limit those things to the weekend. 5 out of 7 days I stick to clean eating, but on weekends I enjoy some wine, coffee and naughty food (a girls gotta live :). I crossfit 5 days a week and make sure I have at least 2 rest days. I continue to get stronger and leaner using Kim’s eating principles, I can’t thank Kim enough for providing me with the tools to achieve a stronger and leaner body”
Congratulations Penny you look lean & very strong and have obviously nailed the 80/20 balance I talk about so much.

As she says she is enjoying her life which includes some treats on the weekend and importantly is giving her body at least two days rest each week.
