Here is what Donna posted about #NOEXCUSES:
“Here are my final progress pics (taken at week 9). For all of you out there who are non-believers when they say weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise, my pics should prove to you that this is in fact correct. I did Kim’s #NOEXCUSES program and although I was supposed to exercise everyday,I didn’t (I’m not saying you shouldn’t either), but I needed to get my mindset right in the eating department first before tackling the exercise.I did exercise, don’t get me wrong, but not as much as I should have. When I uploaded these photos this morning, I was absolutely gobsmacked with my results!
Thank you so much for your program. I knew what I needed to do but your program taught me even more and I’m still using these tools. My pantry looks completely different and find myself making healthier food choices even without thinking about it. I lost 7.5KG in 8 weeks”
