Q. Experience & creds?

A. After gaining a Diploma in Fitness, I’ve spent the last 12 years helping people lose weight and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Q. Describe your role.

A. As Founder & Chief Creative Officer, it’s my job to create and run the Kim Beach programs, plus dream up new ideas for the brand. I’m also responsible for putting together new recipes, writing articles for our blog and supporting our wonderful facebook community. Oh, and in between that I manage the usual household tasks and try to keep up with my busy family! Certainly never a dull moment, but I love every minute of it.

Q. Best thing about the job?

A. That’s easy! I love seeing women make positive permanent changes to their lives, and seeing the wonderful things that come from their hard work.

Q. Secret superpower?

A. Fitting 28 hours into 24 hours! Seriously though, I’d say I’m a master juggler – my biggest accomplishment is to simply manage my day-to-day life, run the business, keep training hard and be there for my kids whenever they need me (priority number one).

Q. All time weakness?

A. One word: chocolate!

Q. Favourite way to spend a day?

A. I was lucky enough recently to visit the Maldives…heaven on earth. Any day I could go back there would be a favourite.

A. I’d love to one day be a guest on the Ellen show!

A. As co-founded of the Kim Beach brand, I’ve worked to build the business we’re now proud to run. These days my main job is overseeing sales and marketing.

A. Seeing the difference that Kim and her team make to people’s lives every single day.

Q. Secret superpower?

A.Taking amazing food pics (yes I’m one of those people – but it’s handy as I shoot all Kim’s delicious creations for the blog!).

A. Beer. I’m only human!

Q. Favourite way to spend a day?

A. Start with an early training session and an ocean swim, then breakfast with the family and watch the kids play soccer. Finish with an amazing dinner with family, friends and a great bottle of Aussie red!

A. “You don’t make your own candle burn brighter by blowing out someone else’s. Be positive!”

A. I’m a self-confessed perfectionist and freakishly organised!

I am here to ensure you succeed and achieve your greatest results during the program.

Q. Experience & creds?

A. I’ve been a gym junkie my whole life, and have worked with Kim ever since completing her #NOLIMITS challenge. Now I’ve achieved my Certificate III and Cert IV in Fitness and have qualified as a Master Trainer. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce, and am a proud mum to two beautiful girls. It’s quite a juggling act, but I love it!

Q. Describe your role.

A. I’m part of the cheer squad for every person who takes part in a Kim Beach program, As your support person I’m here to answer questions, provide solutions, help you over any speed bumps and ensure you succeed!

Q. Best thing about the job?

A. To support and empower gorgeous women on their health and fitness journey – and show that it’s never too late to be the best version of you!

Q. Secret superpower?

A. I have an amazing ability to bite off more than I can chew (in many areas of my life) – but I chew like mad and always get there in the end.

Q. All time weakness?

A.  Lindt chocolate with a coffee!

Q. Favourite way to spend a day?

A. Wake up super early to train before my family wakes. Then spend the whole day shopping! Or (in reality) just get everything done I set out to achieve. If I do that I’m a happy girl.

A. “Fall down seven times, stand up eight”

A.  To compete in another figure competition and prove that we just get better as we get older!

I have a real passion for food and I love to empower women to be the best they can be.

A.   Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness, a Les Mills RPM Instructor and a Kindergym Intermediate Coach.  I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 12 years and have loved every minute of it.  As a PT,  training and programming was just one part of the holistic approach to wellbeing and I am now studying to complete my Cert IV in Food Coaching.  Not sure what the credentials are for being a wife and Mum but I hold them with high regard!

A.  Along with Anni I am here to help you with any questions, concerns, doubts or difficulties that you may have and to guide and encourage you with any aspect of the programs so that you can achieve your goals!  We are your number one supporters, poms poms and all!

Q. Best thing about the job?

A.   That I get to connect with so many amazing woman and empower them to be the best they can be.

Q. Secret superpower?

A. To see the good in everyone.

Q. All time weakness?

A. Coffee and salmon (fresh and smoked)

Q. Favourite way to spend a day?

A. Early morning workout or a bike ride with my gorgeous husband, home to have breakfast with my kids, a visit to our gorgeous local beaches then visiting family or friends.  Afternoon coffee while reading one of the 5 books that are sitting beside my bed!   Ending with a sensational meal with my family and great class of red wine.

A. To one day watch the Tour De France live and then do a bike tour to follow the course!

I love to teach group exercise and help motivate others to push harder towards their goals.

A. I’m your UK based support and cheer squad, here to answer all of your questions and help encourage and motivate you through your Kim Beach health and fitness journey.

A. To indulge my passion for good clean nutrition and fitness whilst helping other to be the best version of themselves.

A. Being a super early morning riser – this means I can get my exercise done and out of the way which then sets me up for a great day!

A. Outdoors being active with my kids (after a morning workout of course!).

A. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over a year now. I teach 1-2-1 personal training and group classes, I absolutely LOVE helping the ladies I teach become more confident in themselves and helping them to reach their goals!

A. I’m a U.K. based support and I’m here to help motivate you along the way and to answer any questions you have on your Kim Beach journey.

A. Being able to help and motivate so many women reach their goals!

A. I can do burpees….!

A. A (VERY) milky cup of weak tea…. Sorry to all the tea lovers!

Q. Favourite way to spend a day?

A. A nice early morning workout, followed by a lovely autumn day outdoors with my hubster and two boys, we live near lots of beautiful manor houses, so usually a visit to one of those, accompanied by a cup of my favourite weak tea (!) and then somewhere lovely for dinner and home to chill out in front of the fire- PERFECT.
