Preheat oven to 180 degrees calcium and bake the pumpkin.

Add onion, zucchini and sweet potato to a pot with chicken stock. Cook until soft.

Cook chicken breast and then put pumpkin chicken and vegetable mixture together and mash.

Serve with Rye bread.
