Place everything into a slow cooked and cook for 8 hours on low, or until the chicken is falling apart and is nice and thick.

Garnish with avocado, coriander, lime and chilli flakes

6 Chicken Breast diced

½ cauliflower head

1 knob garlic – minced

1 onion diced

2 capsicums diced

½ tsp vegetable stock mixed with ½ cup water

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp hot or mild paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp oregano

4-5 medium tomatoes diced

 

Garnish:

1 avocado

Lime

Bunch or coriander
