Peel and cut sweet potato into chips. Place in the Philips Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. After 7 mins pull the basket out and give it a good shake, place it back in and cook until desired time. Place chips in a bowl and sprinkle with rock salt.
Sprinkle some paprika and curry powder onto fish, place fish into the Philips Airfryer for 9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then serve.

1 whole sweet potato
2 pieces perch (white fish)
