I am very excited to announce today that a fantastic new feature has been added to my app, KimBeachLife (Click here to read all about the app program!)
Since my new app program launched 8 weeks ago, I have been getting lots of wonderful feedback from the ladies on the program. One of the most important pieces of feedback was to add more flexibility into the training side of the app.
I am delighted to say that as of today (when you download the latest version from the app store) you will be able to swap your training in the TODAY tab with any other session left in the stage you are on!
Also (and I am pumped about this), there are two new default training options to choose from in the session replacement menu – Completed Own Training & Day Off – I have added these so you no longer have to tick off a session that you may not have completed to progress the app forward a day.
These changes represent a significant move forward for my app program and are going to give you a lot more flexibility and enable you to record when you have done your own session or taken a well earned day off.
Please know that I am loving all the feedback I have recieved and I have been working with my tech team to prioritise each idea/suggestion, so look out for more exciting changes in the weeks and months to come!
