“Happy Birthday Tracy you are 45.  WHAT 45 already. NOOOOOO.

I was starting to come to terms with the fact that every month I was putting on another kilo,  then another kilo and that my exercise years were behind me.  Oh well it’s just my metabolism slowing down….that’s just what happens as you get older,  handle it Tracy.  Then one day I was looking through Facebook, as we do and saw that a friend had liked this Kim Beach write up.  I started to read everything I saw from Kim Beach as I liked her posts.  Started to talk to friends about this program to see if anyone knew about it, but no one had heard of it here in the little town of Orini NZ.  Hmmmm looked at a few other Facebook posts from other exercise and food programs but none seemed to excite me as much as Kim’s. So I took the plunge and paid my $99 AUD for No Excuses home version and bought the book too. I started the next day after downloading it as I didn’t want to waste a day. I wanted to be on this program for the full 10 weeks.  I totally wanted get my moneys worth haha.

I didn’t have a huge amount to lose.  I just wanted to feel comfortable in my skin again.  Back in the BC days (before children) I used to exercise 4-5 days a week doing aerobics classes and I was in the local walking group.  After having three children your life gets filled with their fun and games and the exercise goes bye bye,  well it did for me.  So once I started the No Excuses programme doing the weights (I always wanted to be a body builder tehehe), hit sessions and walking and trying to run I was hooked.  The food was yum and easy to prepare and still is and the exercises got easier and easier as time went on.  I completed No Excuses and jumped straight into No Limits and am still living and breathing The Kim Beach No limits life in my home gym. I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE it.  Kim Beach has changed my life.

I can now out weight lift my 15 year old and I give a good challenge for a press up competition on the lounge floor on a Friday night with hubby and kids.  I feel so strong, fit and healthy, have more energy, my skin has improved and I’m hoping the wrinkles have thinned, hahaha, wishful thinking.

The first key thing to this program is making that commitment to yourself to do it then out of your pocket to purchase one of these amazing programs.  The second is the support from all the amazing ladies you work alongside within the private Facebook pages, these are ladies doing the program at the same time as you.  Life long friendships are formed in here ah girls.

The third and most important key is the outstanding Beachfit ladies that answer all of your questions. These girls are there for you. They rock.

I highly recommend this program it works and is life long sustainable.

In total I lost 7.6 kg after doing both programs and have maintained this weight for over 9 months.  But to me it’s not about the number on the scales it’s about how well I feel and the energy I have, being able to do all the fun activities at the kids school camps or go do a mud run at a few hours notice.  I just love feeling fit and  “IN CONTROL”  of me.  Thanks Kim Beach & Team.”
