Cecilia’s fabulous 11kg #noexcuses journey

There is nothing that makes me happier than seeing someone commit 100% to my #noexcuses program and achieve real AND sustainable results.

Cecilia is one of these people and having now completed my program twice is most definitely one of my #superstars with a total weight loss of 11kg and in her words is now feeling ‘fitter and healthier than she did in her teens’!

She was a fantastic breath of positive fresh air in the private support group during her time on the program and I am so happy that she has achieved her goals and now feels in control of her health and well being.

I received this lovely email from her which shares her experience on the program and also the important reasons she chose to start #noexcuses in the first place.

“Hi Kim

I just wanted to firstly thank you and your staff personally for helping me realize my potential. Your program has come at a truly crucial time for me and I’m grateful that I happened to stumble upon this remarkable and inspiring program.

My story is much like many women out there, my weight has always fluctuated from a young age and like a lot of females I developed a somewhat unhealthy relationship with the mirror, food and exercise.

In retrospect I hated the way I looked from an early age and have had many times where I’ve reached my goal weight but was unable to maintain it, therefore I settled back into my usual size 14.

I am now a single mother of 2 beautiful children, and find that I’m always doing for them and others before myself, a slump in my life saw me take a turn for depression, having dealt with a volatile marriage then divorce and so on, led me down an even unhealthier path. In-turn my body reacted very negatively and all the previous methods which worked to shift weight were no longer working for me.

I “was” spiralling, depression and stress affected my metabolism, weight and health and my health in turn affected my depression and I was in a constant cycle of negativity that I had no idea how to break free from.

In the last couple of years I have managed to fight through my depression and get my life back in order, but unfortunately it had taken its toll on my metabolism/health.

Hair loss achy muscles fatigue and weight gain were all symptoms that my thyroid had slowed down. I sought medical advice and my suspicions were confirmed. Although not quite at the levels of medication they were right on the cusp.

The turning point for me came 3 months ago when I saw a picture of myself that I was tagged in on social media. I was disgusted by what I saw and the dread of an impending summer season set off a feeling of desperation.

That very day I decided id either continue to pile on weight in an unhealthy manner or choose to make a drastic change and correct my health. In all honesty I had no idea what I was going to do but I just knew something had to be done.

While looking at that very image I noticed to the side an advert for #Noexcuses and instantly felt the need to find out more.

Oddly enough it was in the right place at the right time, and after reading a little about the program I decided to contact Kim and ask what the chances of weight management would be for someone with a sluggish thyroid.

I was thrilled to have received an instant response and even more thrilled to know that the program could indeed help someone in my health rut, so in that very moment I chose to purchase the program and take my first step to better health.

The program exceeded all my expectations, I saw almost instant results and I knew I’d finally found a healthy and sound solution to my crisis.

My energy levels had skyrocketed and my weight continually dropped a steady pace. By the end of the first round I has achieved a 9kg result.

Having been so happy with the program and the support it provided I decided to continue on for a further 8 weeks to reach my goal weight and to fully grasp the concept of the eating program. I’m currently in week 14 and am down 11kgs and I’m fitter and healthier than I have been since my teens…
