“I am sending this email today to give you my heartfelt thanks for creating such an amazing program.
I first saw the posts for #noexcuses months before finally taking the plunge and joining. Like with most programs that discuss weight loss, I was sceptical about the achievements and what was involved. I’ve tried a few quick fix diets, and heard the stories of others, and they have all ended the same. The weight comes off, and goes on twice as quickly, and then some. I have spent countless hours running, and months in the gym, all for very little result.
So, after reading the comments about this program, and your blogs Kim, I decided it was worth a go. I loved the fact you advocate real food and clean eating, all teamed with exercise. It wasn’t until after joining the support page for BeachFit I was inspired.
Fast forward eight weeks and I have said goodbye to 9kg, but more importantly I learnt how to fuel my body with wholesome nutritious food. I’ve gained confidence in my body and have a new found love of weights, and rediscovered my love of running. I have even made some great friends along the way.
While it hasn’t always been easy, the results have been worth it. Yes I have struggled, yes I have wanted to give in, but I didn’t. And for that I am grateful.
I have now been following the principles since I finished the initial 8 weeks (6 months on) and have lost another 3kg and am now in a size 8-10. I do allow my cheat meals in, sometimes more than I probably should, and I continue to do my workouts, but I’m not as strict.
So thank you from the bottom of my heart. #noexcuses is really a life changing program.
