I am jumping out my skin with excitement right now about my first book ‘Beach Fit’ being out now across Australia & New Zealand.
I have literally put my heart and soul into this book and I am extremely proud of how it has all come together.
I have written the book to hopefully share my message of how busy women can lead fitter, healthier lives and to cut through a lot of the ‘smoke & mirror’s’ that is presented in the Health & Fitness industry i.e. Fad diets!!
