Lamb Souvlaki with Tzatziki
Personally, my family loves anything on a stick – it makes it so easy to eat! This one is great because you can get creative with the vegetables that you use and you can serve it up with rice or sweet potato mash to keep the kids happy!
Tuna & Sweet Potato Patties
These patties are so full of flavour that they are sure to please everyone in your camp! It only takes a 6-8 minutes to get them that lovely golden brown colour and they go perfectly with some well-placed greens on the plate!
Tandoori Chicken Salad
This one only takes 20 mins to marinade and 20 minutes to cook, and it looks super impressive when you serve it up. You can make it as spicy as you want and feel free to add rice to the plate as well!
