“While I don’t usually post pictures of me in my underwear I did want to say a big thank you for your no limits program and the fantastic results I got from it! I wasn’t unhappy with my body before but was looking to loose a few kilos and tone up a bit and definitely needed some inspiration. I chose your program late one Saturday night as a spur of the moment decision after seeing your photos doing battle ropes on Facebook. It immediately gave me an impression of strength and fitness rather than just weight loss.
I found the program easy to follow and adapt to my own busy life and now couldn’t be happier with the results. As I have post before on Facebook I ran a spartan ultra beast and felt energized and strong through the whole 45kms plus recovered well afterwards.
